Event Planner
Tejaswi is the heartbeat of our event planning team, with 2+ years of experience orchestrating seamless and memorable events. With a natural talent for organization and a passion for creating unique experiences, she is dedicated to turning every client’s vision into reality Meeting with clients to discuss their event goals, budget, and preferences and creating unique and creative event themes and concepts. On the event, she would be present to oversee the proceedings and ensure that everything goes according to plan. She would strive to create memorable and successful events that meet the client’s expectations.
Event co-ordinator
Advik is our team co-ordinator and plays crucial role. Initially, assist in planning by developing timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors to secure services such as catering, decoration, and technical support and ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are ordered and delivered on time. Also coordinate with on-site staff and volunteers, directing their activities to ensure the event proceeds as planned. After the event, he manages the teardown and clean-up of the venue, prepares a post-event report evaluating the event’s success.
